Franchisor's ongoing legal requirements
Once you have finished your preparation for
franchising, you have to balance three main roles:
- - operating your core business
- - recruiting and training new franchisees
- - supporting and managing existing franchisees
Please see Franchise Generator 's website for more detail
and information on the ongoing role for franchisors.
In terms
of ongoing legal requirements, as a franchisor you need to ensure
that each potential franchisee is properly managed through a
process of correctly issued legal documents and that each franchise agreement is correctly issued.
You will also need to deal with legal issues that may arise, such as
terminations, sales, variations and renewals of franchises.
Together we can manage a successful franchise network
Please see our section on Ongoing Support for more
information on how EXB Legal can help you with our fixed fees based system to
manage your legal requirements whilst factoring your legal costs in to fees
charged to franchisees so that you can budget accurately. If you are
an existing franchisor, please contact us to discuss how we can help you in
relation to legal support and services.
