Ongoing support

After the initial set-up, many lawyers and consultants do not offer ongoing support and systems. Both EXB Legal and Franchise Generator offer ongoing support and have systems, processes and documents in place to support you and manage your documentation with franchisees and your ongoing needs.

The franchisor's legal requirements does not stop after setting up the precedent legal documents. EXB Legal offers a fixed fee system for managing each franchisee's legal documents, and that fee can be built in to the upfront fee that you charge franchisees. Franchisor's ongoing legal requirements

In terms of ongoing legal requirements, as a franchisor you need to ensure that each potential franchisee is properly managed through a process of correctly issued legal documents and that each franchise agreement is correctly issued. You will also need to deal with legal issues that may arise, such as terminations, sales, variations and renewals of franchises.
